These draft terms describe the commercial model and do not open live sales. Payment routes remain disabled until commercial readiness, operational ownership, and jurisdiction-specific legal approval are complete.

Position and displacement

Each settled contribution adds to that property's prior All-time total; a returning owner does not repurchase its history. Any permitted amount of at least US$1 may target any projected position. A contribution buys a ranked 25-meter visual district, not permanent placement or guaranteed impressions. Later totals may move a sponsor backward. Ties keep the earliest qualifying total ahead. Today's Sponsors standings are separate and do not own the game map.

Creative and moderation

Assets must be owned or licensed by the sponsor and must not be illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, malicious, or designed to imitate gameplay hazards or controls. The operator may reject, suspend, or remove creative that creates safety, legal, or product-integrity risk.

Measurement

Reach and exposure are derived from verified runs and are date-qualified. A growth-qualified outbound click is limited to one signed anonymous device per property every rolling 24 hours and excludes known bots, invalid sessions, duplicates, and bursts. Metrics can be delayed, filtered, corrected, or unavailable; no impression, click, conversion, rank duration, availability, or outcome is guaranteed.

Payments, refunds, and disputes

Checkout uses US dollars through the configured payment provider. A completed contribution is normally final once the approved property is activated, except where law, duplicate/error correction, a written refund policy, or operator moderation requires otherwise. Refunds and disputes reverse the cumulative ledger and may change rank or deactivate a property. Taxes, invoices, appeal timing, refund eligibility, and the monitored dispute contact must be approved and published before live activation. Test-mode transactions have no commercial value.

License, suspension, and termination

The sponsor grants the limited rights needed to display, resize, normalize, and promote its approved name, logo, colors, website, property, and share cards. The operator may reject revisions, suspend destinations or creative, or terminate a listing for legal, security, payment, deceptive-content, or product-integrity risk. Suspension does not promise a refund unless the final policy or applicable law requires one.
